Scanners Rent / Hire - National Australia

The Scanners shown below are quick to install & come with Canon's recommended software application (Capture Perfect).

We offer on site set up on either your computer (minimum specifications must be met) or on our latest Laptops which are also for rent or hire.

Some of our clients who have used our Scanners advise they have been able to convert 8, four drawer filing cabinets into 4 CD's! Clearly they achieved a massive saving on filing space & they get forever traceable client history files.

Canon DR-7080C Scanner
An ultra-fast universal A3 flatbed scanner. It operates at 70ppm for both colour & black & white documents. It uses a high quality 3-line CCD sensor and scans in 24-bit colour or 256 levels of grayscale up to 600 dpi.

This Scanner offers quick and easy setup and with the push of a button it is a great way to back up that paperwork that tends to take up more and more space. With full colour and black & white compatibility, this machine easily converts documents to PDF (Portable Document Format) for emailing and electronic filing.

Canon DR-3080CII Scanner
It has a compact body & operates at high speed. 40ppm scanning. Folio mode for A3 scanning. This is the entry level for PDF document scanning.

This scanner is a lot more compact with similar features to the DR-7080C. With full colour & black & white compatibility, this machine easily converts documents to PDF format for easy emailing and electronic filing.

Canon DR-5010C Scanner
This scanner has colour & greyscale print in simplex/duplex mode up to 50ppm.
This machine converts documents to PDF format for easy emailing and
electronic filing via USB or high-speed SCSI III drives.
